Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Social Post AI. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live. The service is not directed to children. A parent, guardian, school, or employer remains responsible for authorizing and supervising use where applicable.
The service
Social Post AI provides tools that help create social media drafts, captions, image directions, and video concepts. Features can change, and some early experiences may use structured demonstration logic rather than a connected generative model. We may add, remove, limit, or modify features to improve reliability, safety, or usefulness.
Availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider failures, security events, or other conditions may interrupt access. We may impose reasonable usage limits or block abusive automated traffic.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with information you are authorized to process. You must not interfere with the service, bypass limits, probe systems without permission, distribute malware, scrape at a harmful rate, impersonate others, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, or generate content intended to deceive or harm.
Do not use output as the sole basis for consequential decisions involving healthcare, legal rights, employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, or public safety. We may restrict access when we reasonably believe use creates risk, violates these terms, or exposes the service or others to liability.
Inputs, outputs, and ownership
You retain rights you have in content submitted to the service. You give us the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the requested function. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output. Output may not be unique, accurate, or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Other users may receive similar language. You are responsible for reviewing output, obtaining necessary permissions, and ensuring that published content complies with platform rules and law.
Fees and cancellation
The current public service is free to try. If paid plans are introduced, the applicable price, currency, billing period, usage allowance, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Paid use will also be governed by the Pricing and Refund Policy pages in effect at the time of purchase.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, cancelling a recurring plan would stop future renewal rather than erase charges already incurred. We will not introduce a paid renewal without presenting the relevant terms during enrollment.
Disclaimers and liability
The service and output are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific engagement results, factual accuracy, originality, platform approval, or fitness for a particular campaign. Nothing on the site is professional legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Social Post AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service or publication of output. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions, so mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The updated date identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way. Continued use after an effective change means acceptance where legally permitted; otherwise you should stop using the service.
Before starting a formal dispute, contact hi@aisocialmediapostgenerators.com so we can try to understand and resolve the issue. Governing-law and venue details may be added when the operating legal entity and commercial launch jurisdiction are finalized; mandatory local rights are not waived by that omission.
