Scope and current service
This Privacy Policy explains how Social Post AI handles information when you visit aisocialmediapostgenerators.com, use a generator, or contact us. The current service can be tried without creating an account. If accounts, subscriptions, uploads, or additional integrations are introduced, this policy will be updated before those features become generally available.
Social Post AI is intended for a general business and creator audience. It is not directed to children, and users should not submit information about children through prompts or support messages unless they are authorized and the information is genuinely necessary.
Information you provide
You may provide prompt text, tone selections, feedback, and messages sent to our support email. Prompt text can contain whatever a user chooses to enter, so avoid personal information and confidential material. Support email can include your email address, name, organization, message content, and attachments.
If paid plans are introduced, payment information may be handled by a payment provider. We would not need to receive full card numbers directly, but may receive transaction identifiers, billing status, plan information, and limited customer details needed to operate the subscription.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic events. This information supports delivery, abuse prevention, reliability, and troubleshooting. We aim to use aggregated or limited data where it can meet the same purpose.
