01

AI as a drafting tool

Social Post AI is designed to help users move from an idea to a workable draft. Depending on the feature and stage of the product, results may use model-based generation, structured templates, or a combination of both. We do not describe template output as model-generated, and we do not promise that every feature uses the same technology.

AI output is probabilistic. Similar prompts can produce different results, and confident wording can still be wrong. A polished caption is not proof that a fact, quote, product claim, hashtag, or attribution is accurate.

02

Your responsibility before publishing

Users must review and edit generated material before publication. Verify names, dates, prices, links, statistics, quotations, product capabilities, licensing rights, and any statement that could affect health, safety, finances, legal rights, or reputation. Confirm that the tone is appropriate for the audience and that the post does not reveal confidential information.

You remain responsible for content you choose to publish. Social Post AI does not become the author, advertiser, employer, or professional adviser merely because a tool helped create a draft.

03

Prohibited and high-risk use

Do not use the service to create fraud, impersonation, harassment, hateful content, sexual exploitation, malicious code, deceptive political persuasion, fabricated evidence, or instructions intended to cause harm. Do not create endorsements by real people without permission or present synthetic media as an authentic record of an event.

The service is not intended to make autonomous decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal eligibility, or access to essential services. Qualified professionals and appropriate review processes should handle consequential decisions.

04

Intellectual property and attribution

A generated result may resemble common phrases, formats, or ideas found elsewhere. AI output is not guaranteed to be original, protectable, or free of third-party rights. Before commercial use, check trademarks, copyrighted characters, music, photography, brand slogans, and platform licensing requirements. Do not ask the service to imitate a living creator in a misleading way or to remove proper attribution.

Users should add their own knowledge and voice. Specific product facts, firsthand experience, original images, and meaningful editing generally produce more credible content than publishing a generic draft unchanged.

05

Data and model improvement

Prompts can contain sensitive business information, so users should submit only what is necessary. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, health records, government identifiers, private client lists, or confidential material you are not authorized to process. Our Privacy Policy explains current data handling and will be updated before any materially different use begins.

If prompts or feedback are used to evaluate or improve a feature, the purpose and available choices should be explained. We do not claim that data is never retained or never reviewed unless the actual service architecture supports that statement.

06

Evaluation, disclosure, and change

We evaluate features for usefulness, instruction following, unsafe output, obvious factual fabrication, and consistency with the requested format. No evaluation removes all risk. Safeguards can miss context, and legitimate content can occasionally be blocked. Users can report problems to hi@aisocialmediapostgenerators.com.

Creators should consider disclosing AI assistance when it materially changes an image, voice, event, testimonial, or representation of reality, or when a platform or local rule requires it. We will revise this policy as the product’s models, providers, and capabilities evolve.
