01

Purpose and scope

This policy applies to product explanations, examples, tutorials, FAQs, comparisons, policy pages, and other informational material published by Social Post AI. Its purpose is to make our content useful, accurate, understandable, and honest about its limitations. Marketing copy may be persuasive, but it must not contradict the actual product experience or present an experimental capability as guaranteed.

Generated examples are illustrative. They demonstrate format, tone, or creative direction and are not evidence that a claim is true. Users should not treat sample captions as professional, medical, legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

02

Research and source standards

Writers should prefer primary and authoritative sources when a page includes a factual claim that can change or materially affect a decision. Examples include official platform documentation, applicable regulators, original research, and direct product documentation. Secondary sources may add context but should not be used to disguise uncertainty or repeat an unsupported claim.

Evergreen creative guidance may be based on established editorial practice and practical product testing. Time-sensitive statements should be reviewed before publication and dated when useful. We do not manufacture testimonials, customer counts, performance statistics, awards, or expert credentials.

03

Human review and AI assistance

AI may help organize an outline, propose phrasing, summarize provided material, or identify areas needing clarification. A human remains responsible for the final page, including whether it is appropriate to publish. The reviewer checks structure, obvious factual problems, internal consistency, misleading certainty, unsupported comparisons, and alignment with the live product.

Policy pages require particular care. AI assistance does not replace legal advice, a privacy assessment, or a security review. When the product begins processing new categories of data or accepting payment, the relevant policies must be reviewed and updated before descriptive claims are relied upon.

04

Commercial independence

Editorial placement cannot be purchased secretly. Sponsored content, affiliate relationships, free products, or other material incentives must be disclosed close to the relevant recommendation. Commercial teams may suggest topics and provide factual product information, but they may not require a favorable conclusion or remove a material limitation.

Social Post AI currently publishes content primarily about its own tools. Statements about our service should be specific enough to verify. We avoid vague superlatives such as “best” or “guaranteed” unless a defined method and credible evidence support them.

05

Corrections and updates

We correct meaningful errors when we learn about them. Minor spelling, formatting, or clarity edits may be made without a notice. A material correction—such as changing a claim that could alter a user’s decision—should be reflected promptly, and an explanatory note may be added when context is important. Updates must not be used to erase legitimate criticism or conceal a previous commercial relationship.

Readers can report concerns at hi@aisocialmediapostgenerators.com. Include the page URL, disputed passage, reason for concern, and supporting source. We assess evidence rather than the status of the person requesting a change.

06

Quality checklist

Before publication, important pages are checked for a descriptive title, one clear topic, readable structure, working internal links, accessible language, accurate metadata, and a visible update date. Examples should be useful on the rendered page—not content hidden only for search engines. We also review for copied phrasing, discriminatory assumptions, invented attribution, and unnecessary personal data.

  • Is the page accurate for the product available today?
  • Can a reader distinguish fact, opinion, and example?
  • Are limitations and commercial relationships visible?
  • Would a correction be easy to request?
  • Does the page help a person rather than merely target a keyword?
